At Bint e Haya, we ensure timely and secure delivery of your favorite abayas. Please review our shipping and payment terms below:

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Within Lahore: Orders take up to 4 working days for delivery.

  • Outside Lahore (Nationwide): Orders take up to 7 working days for delivery.

2. Payment Methods (COD vs. Advance Payment)

  • Inside Lahore: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders within Lahore.

  • Outside Lahore: Cash on Delivery is not available for cities outside Lahore. For all out-of-Lahore orders, advance payment must be made before the order is dispatched.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Once an order is placed, our team will verify the details. For out-of-Lahore orders, our team will contact you regarding the advance payment procedure.
